Environmental Compliance

• Environmental compliance auditS (ECA) by certified environmental auditors (CEATM) registered with the QAEA1.
• Applications for environmental approvals and permits (e.g.: MELCC2, municipal, etc.).
• Development of tools to calculate pollutant releases for mandatory reporting (e.g.: NPRI3, RRMRCECA4, GHGRP5, RHM6 Report).
• Development of legal registries and legal monitoring.
• Development of action plans to ensure environmental compliance (e.g.: pursuant to a notice of non-compliance or ECA).

Environmental Management

• Review of environmental aspects as part of the sale or acquisition of a property, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Development and updating of environmental management systems (corporate EMS, ISO 14 001), including development of procedures (e.g.: management of hazardous residual materials).
• Audit of environmental management systems, in the form of internal audits or in preparation for a certification audit (e.g.: ISO 14 001).
• Coaching, regulatory monitoring and optimizing costs related to packaging end-of-life management programs (Éco Entreprises Québec, etc.).
• Development of an environmental emergency plan in accordance with the Environmental Emergency Regulations.
