Environmental Compliance

  • ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AUDITS (ECA) by certified environmental auditors (CEATM) registered with the QAEA;
  • Applications for Environmental Approval, Depollution Attestation, and Environmental Permits;
  • Development of calculation tools to ensure compliance (NPRI, RRMRCECA, GHGRP, RHM report, VOC directory);
  • Development of legal registries specifically tailored to client activities, training, and legal monitoring;
  • Identification of solutions and development of action plans to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, or pursuant to a notice of non-compliance or APC.

Environmental Management

  • COACHING, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT of key elements for the implementation and maintenance of an environmental management system (corporate EMS, ISO 14 001, etc.), for industrial, institutional, and real estate clients;
  • Coaching as part of a due diligence process, such as part of an acquisition (e.g., Phase I ESA);
  • Management systems audits (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001) in the form of internal audits or in preparation for a certification or maintenance audit;
  • Training and coaching in regard to the ISO 14001:2015 standard, based on needs and objectives;
  • Identification and assessment of environmental aspects and risks, and relevant control methods;
  • Specific program audits, such as those for the Recycler Qualification Program (Electronic Products Recycling Association);
  • Development and/or assessment of operational procedures and tools for the application of industry best practices;
  • Development of hazardous residual materials management plans and related training;
