Personal Information Policy – Human Resources

Although Sanexen environmental Services Inc. (SANEXEN) generally does business with other companies and not with the broader public of individual consumers, it may, on occasion, be required of SANEXEN to collect personal information.

The following sets out how SANEXEN intends to treat that information. Personal information submitted through an employment application is required for the following: assessing your employment application, and assessing any decision made in relation to your hiring and, possibly, duties. Generally, this information will be used to maintain and manage all the information required for hiring and employment purposes. Unless otherwise specified, the information provided will only be used in relation to these purposes and available to the employees, agents and representatives of SANEXEN for the purposes listed above.

All records containing personal information identifying you will be kept securely and confidentially by SANEXEN in a folder labelled with your name and entitled “Hiring and Employment File of the Employee.” Subject to exceptions under the relevant legislation, you may arrange a right of access to your file and rectify any inaccurate information it contains by contacting SANEXEN at:
