American Process Group, a division of SANEXEN is seeking a Dispatcher & Scheduler to join our growing team at our Stony Plain Office, near Edmonton.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate daily scheduling and real-time dispatching of field crews, equipment, and resources
- Update and maintain the master project schedule across multiple active and upcoming job sites
- Collaborate with project managers and the business development team to align schedules with project timelines and capacity
- Build effective crew plans based on skills, experience, and team dynamics
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to shifting priorities, resource constraints, or changes in project scope
- Coordinate with our travel agent for flights and accommodations
- Track crew locations, project status, and equipment utilization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and tools
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2 to 5 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics coordination, or construction operations.
- Familiarity with field crew operations, equipment, and workforce planning is required.
- Experience in industrial services, construction, or field-based operations is required.
- Proven ability to coordinate personnel schedules and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with project management systems, scheduling applications, and ERP systems (example D365 and MS Project/Primavera P6).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting
