Sanexen is seeking a Business Intelligence Coordinator for its Brossard offices.

Job Description

The Business Intelligence Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s business development initiatives and operational activities. The role is primarily focused on supporting the Business Intelligence team and collaborating with the Operations and Business Development teams, particularly through CRM data management and the creation of analytical tools and dashboards.

Business Development and Business Intelligence Support

  • Enter, update, and ensure data quality within the organization’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and opportunity data.
  • Research, collect, and structure data from various internal and external sources.
  • Compile and analyze data using Excel or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of performance dashboards for teams and management.
  • Produce periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and operations.
  • Support the identification and qualification of business opportunities according to team guidelines.
  • Design clear and professional PowerPoint presentations.

Sought Profile

  • College diploma (DEC) or university degree in administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Team player with autonomy and strong initiative.
  • Interest in data analysis and value creation through data.
  • Comfortable working with technology and structured environments.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with a CRM system (Dynamics or equivalent).

Assets

  • Experience in construction, engineering, or professional services sectors.
