American Process Group, a division of SANEXEN is seeking a Bid Proposal Coordinator to join our growing team at our Acheson Office, near Edmonton.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Track and review bid opportunities (RFQs / RFPs)
- Coordinate proposal timelines, inputs, and stakeholders
- Prepare and format high-quality proposal documents
- Support writing and editing of proposal content
- Manage submission packages and ensure compliance
- Maintain proposal records, templates, and documentation
- Assist with bid administration
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a coordination or support role related to estimating, proposals, construction, etc.
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (D365)
- Familiarity with construction industry or bid environments
