Sanexen is seeking a Human Ressources Coordinator for its Brossard offices.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs), the Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in operational and administrative support. You will actively contribute to the efficiency of HR operations, the quality of the employee experience, and the rigorous tracking of HR data and performance indicators (KPIs). The incumbent acts as a point of contact for various internal requests and proactively participates in activities related to the employee lifecycle, from hiring to internal movements.

  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in the daily management of employee files.
  • Perform data entry, updates, and validation in the HRIS, ensuring information accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition activities: job postings, interview coordination, resume screening, administrative follow-up of applications, and support for the hiring process.
  • Draft various communications and letters for employees, including:
    • Salary increase letters;
    • Bonus letters;
    • Employment confirmations;
    • Promotion letters;
    • Appointment notices or organizational change announcements.
  • Participate in the administrative follow-up of workplace accident files (CNESST) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Answer routine employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices, or redirect them to the appropriate resource person as needed.
  • Manage and monitor the generic HR email inbox, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and contribute to the production of HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in the optimization of HR administrative processes and various continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Sought Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
  • Excellent proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and comfort working with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor, discretion, and a strong sense of priority.
  • Excellent writing skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Customer-service-oriented approach and strong collaborative spirit.

  • Knowledge of Quebec HR practices and labor laws.
  • Experience with Dayforce.
