real-time dispatching of field crews, equipment, and resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update and maintain the master project schedule across multiple active and upcoming job sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with project managers and the business development team to align schedules with project timelines and capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build effective crew plans based on skills, experience, and team dynamics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to shifting priorities, resource constraints, or changes in project scope<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with our travel agent for flights and accommodations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track crew locations, project status, and equipment utilization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-3\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\">WHAT YOU BRING<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 to 5 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics coordination, or construction operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with field crew operations, equipment, and workforce planning is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in industrial services, construction, or field-based operations is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to coordinate personnel schedules and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with project management systems, scheduling applications, and ERP systems (example D365 and MS Project\/Primavera P6).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
