Job Summary
Sanexen is looking for a passionate and autonomous Senior Full Stack Developer to manage, evolve and redesign a large-scale application used to manage contaminated soils that Sanexen is mandated to dispose of or rehabilitate. This key role requires full involvement in the product lifecycle – from user requirements gathering through to delivery and support of the solution. The incumbent will contribute to both the maintenance of the current application and the development of version 2.0, which will serve as the foundation for the coming years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, environment, IT).
- Design and document technical solutions, in line with software architecture best practices.
- Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end functionalities of the existing application.
- Participate in the complete redesign (version 2.0) of the application, including the modernization of the technology stack.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, automated tests and continuous integration.
- Write the relevant technical and functional documentation.
- Provide advanced application support, diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure system security, performance and stability.
Qualifications required
Sought Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years’ experience in full stack development, ideally in complex, integrated environments.
- Analytical skills: Experience in requirements analysis, functional analysis and software architecture.
- Technical mastery (Back-end) : Solid expertise with .NET Core / ASP.NET and C# (or equivalent).
- Technical expertise (Front-end): Concrete experience with React, Angular or Blazor.
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL or a similar system.
- Professional qualities: thoroughness, sense of responsibility, attention to detail and excellent ability to work independently.
- Collaboration: Strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Assets
- Architecture & APIs: Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices and third-party integrations.
- DevOps methodologies: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or their equivalents.
Proficiency in French and English:
