Job description
SANEXEN’s Communications team is looking for an intern to support the department’s many activities. This is a three-month internship (May to August) at the company’s division, American Process Group (APG), in Acheson, Alberta.
This internship will give you the opportunity to learn more about running a communications team, managing communications in a complex environment, and contributing to the implementation of initiatives locally and in the Americas, where SANEXEN runs its projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Communications, based in Brossard, Quebec, you will be responsible for… :
- Support the implementation of communication strategies
- Creation and production of multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics, banners)
- Contribute to content strategy for social media and website
- Digital asset management (archiving of photos, videos and drone footage)
- Contribute to the planning and logistics of internal events and activities
Qualifications required
Sought Profile
- Second- or third-year university student in communications or a related field (public relations, social communications, marketing, journalism, etc.).
- Excellent command of English. Knowledge of French is an asset;
- Strong analytical, research and writing skills;
- Project management and event organization skills;
Assets
- Visual content creation skills (Adobe Suite, video editing, PowerPoint) ;
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook);
- Ability to manage several missions simultaneously;
- Creativity, attention to detail and a keen sense of organization.
Proficiency in French and English:
