Sanexen is seeking a Mentored Project Manager for its Brossard offices.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Operations Management and Processes, the incumbent plays a key role in both business development and the execution and monitoring of environmental projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze external client projects: Collect missing data, perform technical analysis of documentation, and understand the context of the work and client needs to contribute to price proposals.
- Follow-up: Track targeted bids, including turnkey projects and high-revenue potential projects.
- Negotiation: Negotiate disposal prices with both suppliers and clients.
- Collaboration: Participate in stimulating and varied internal multidisciplinary environmental projects.
- Contract Management: Open contracts for various disposal sites and coordinate disposal activities with clients and the support team.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor project finances and actively manage project performance.
- Field Planning: Plan and structure soil and material disposal activities with clients, including site visits, traceability management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Development: Maintain a high level of competency through continuous training and mentoring while developing your project management expertise.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications required
Sought Profile
- Educational background in environment, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical sales, project management, or environmental services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze technical and financial data.
- Autonomy, rigor, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Availability for occasional travel to project sites.

- Bilingualism (English/French).
